For everyone in the study:
- You are covered by a social security/health insurance scheme
- You have been given full information about the study and agreed to take part by signing a consent form

If you are in the "At-Risk or First Episode" group:
- You are between 16 and 35 years old

- You are between 16 and 55 years old
- If you are under 18, both parents or guardians have given permission for you to take part

- You are currently pregnant, recently gave birth, or are breastfeeding
- You are not free to make your own decisions due to a legal or court ruling
- You are currently in a life-threatening emergency situation
- You are an adult under a legal protection order such as guardianship or curatorship
- You are an adult who is unable to give consent and has no legal protection measure in place
- You have a condition that would make it very difficult for you to take part or understand what the study involves
- You are currently dependent on or misusing substances (other than cannabis), based on standard psychiatric guidelines
If you are a healthy volunteer:
- You have an ongoing psychiatric condition (excluding anxiety disorders), as measured by a specific clinical interview tool (confirm with trial site)
- You show signs of a developmental disorder affecting spoken or written language, identified during a clinical examination
