Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are at least 6 years old at the time of their first study visit.
- People who are starting dupilumab treatment for the first time — for teenagers and adults (aged 12 and older) this applies to moderate-to-severe eczema, and for children aged 6 to 11 this applies to severe eczema, in line with the approved prescribing guidelines.
- People (or their parent or guardian) who are able to understand and fill in the study questionnaires.
- People (or their parent or guardian) who are willing to sign a consent form before any study documentation begins.
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom dupilumab is not suitable based on the current approved prescribing guidelines.
- People who have already been taking dupilumab for more than 7 days.
- People who have another illness or condition that, in their doctor's opinion, could affect their ability to complete questionnaires, take part in the study, or make the results harder to interpret.
- People already taking part in another clinical or observational study that, in their doctor's opinion, could affect the results of this study.

Number of patients who maintain Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) ≤ 7 OR peak pruritus Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) ≤ 4 OR Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) ≤ 5; Mean percent change from baseline in Atopic Dermatitis Control Tools (ADCT) score (≥12 years); Mean percent change from baseline in Recap of atopic eczema (RECAP) score (6-11 years)
