Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who, regardless of the trial, would already be considered a candidate for the Persona Personalized Knee System implant as it is commercially available

Who may not be able to join:

• People having both knees replaced at the same time
• People planning to have the second knee replaced within 6 months of the first procedure covered by this trial
• People who currently misuse alcohol or drugs
• People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or belong to a protected group such as prisoners or those deemed legally unable to make their own decisions
• People who have a psychiatric illness or cognitive difficulty that would prevent them from giving proper informed consent or completing follow-up
• People who have had a previous infection in the affected knee joint, or currently have a local or widespread infection that could affect a joint implant
• People with mental or neurological conditions that would prevent them from following post-surgery care instructions
• People whose bones are not yet fully developed
• People who do not have enough healthy bone in the knee area to support an implant
• People who have a condition called Neuropathic Arthropathy, which involves joint damage related to nerve problems
• People who have osteoporosis, significant muscle loss, or a neuromuscular disease affecting the leg being treated
• People who have severe joint instability due to damaged or absent ligaments on the sides of the knee
• People who have a knee that has already been surgically fused in a stable, pain-free, and functional position
• People who have rheumatoid arthritis along with skin ulcers or a history of recurring skin breakdown
• People who have a known or suspected allergy or sensitivity to any of the materials used in the implant
• People currently undergoing any treatment or procedure that involves ionizing radiation (such as certain cancer treatments)
• People who have known, symptomatic problems with their foot, hip, or spine that could affect the way they walk
