Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder or a mood disorder that includes psychotic symptoms (such as hallucinations or delusions), based on standard diagnostic guidelines
- You have also been diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), confirmed by a specific assessment score
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have a good understanding of the German language
- You are willing to be randomly assigned to a treatment group and to take part in therapy focused on past trauma
Who may not be able to join:
- Your antipsychotic or antidepressant medication has been changed in the last 4 weeks
- You are currently dependent on any substance (such as alcohol or drugs), not including nicotine or caffeine
- You have an IQ of 70 or below
- You are currently considered to be at acute (immediate) risk of suicide
- You are pregnant
