Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with Stage I, II, or III breast cancer and have finished their main cancer treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy); ongoing hormonal therapies or targeted therapies are allowed
Who may not be able to join:
- People with an injury or health condition that would make it unsafe to exercise, including conditions such as atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat), chest pain or angina, uncontrolled high blood pressure, dizziness-related loss of balance in the past 12 months, or loss of consciousness in the past 12 months (a standard questionnaire called the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire is used to assess this)
- People who do not speak English
