  • You have taken non-biological systemic (whole-body) psoriasis medications such as steroids, methotrexate, or cyclosporine in the 4 weeks before joining
  • You have received biological drug treatments (such as ustekinumab, secukinumab, or similar injected therapies) within roughly 12 weeks before joining
  • You have used any topical (applied to skin) psoriasis treatments such as steroid creams or vitamin D creams within 2 weeks before joining
  • You have had light therapy or spa/water-based treatments for psoriasis within 4 weeks before joining
  • You have taken antibiotics or other infection-fighting medications in the past 4 weeks, or you have a recurring or ongoing infection
  • You have a serious, uncontrolled, or worsening long-term illness affecting the immune system, heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, blood, nerves, mental health, or digestive system, or you have cancer
  • Your blood tests at screening show that your kidneys or liver are not functioning within normal ranges
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial or received an experimental drug within 1 month before screening
  • You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in the study medication
  • You have a history of smoking, alcohol misuse, or drug misuse
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, or not using effective contraception during the study period (applies to you or your partner)
  • There is any other reason the trial doctor feels makes it unsafe or unsuitable for you to take part (confirm with trial site)
