Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically adenocarcinoma, confirmed by biopsy) that has not yet been treated

- People whose prostate cancer contains certain rare cell types, including sarcomatoid, spindle cell, or neuroendocrine small cell components
- People with other health conditions that would make it difficult for them to follow the study's requirements
- People who are unable to have a specialised MRI scan (mpMRI) due to medical reasons (confirm with trial site)
