Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing and able to sign the consent form themselves
• People who have been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) confirmed through bone marrow, immune system, and genetic testing
• People with a type of ALL that carries the Philadelphia chromosome (PH+ALL) who reached a deep level of remission early in treatment (within 3 months) and have stayed in remission
• People with Philadelphia chromosome-negative B-cell ALL (Ph-B-ALL) whose disease became undetectable (MRD negative) after 3 rounds of chemotherapy and has remained undetectable
• Adults with Burkitt lymphoma or lymphoblastic lymphoma confirmed by tissue and genetic testing — if the bone marrow was not affected at diagnosis, the disease must have responded well (partial response or better) after initial treatment; if the bone marrow was affected at diagnosis, 3 rounds of chemotherapy must have made the disease undetectable and it must have stayed undetectable
• People who are scheduled to receive their own stem cells back (autologous stem cell transplant)
• People aged 18 to 65 years, of any gender
• People with a general health and activity level rated 0 to 2 on a standard medical scale (meaning they are able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had another cancer and received treatment for it in the last 3 years (some early-stage or surface-level skin and cervical conditions may be exceptions — confirm with trial site)
• People who have tested positive for HIV, active Hepatitis B, active Hepatitis C, or syphilis
• People with a mental health condition or other circumstances that would make it difficult to follow the study requirements
• People who are pregnant, or who are unable to use appropriate contraception during treatment
• People who have had a stem cell transplant within the past year
• People with active heart problems, including: uncontrolled or ongoing chest pain (angina); a heart attack within the last 6 months; a heart rhythm problem that requires medication or causes significant symptoms; uncontrolled or symptomatic heart failure above a certain level of severity; or a heart pumping function below the normal range
• People with major surgery planned in the 4 weeks before or during the trial, or whose surgical wound has not fully healed
• People who received a live or weakened live vaccine within the 4 weeks before joining
• People with suspected active or hidden tuberculosis
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the month before joining
• People the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason
