Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any sex
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of blood cancer called B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, specifically marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) — confirmed by a tissue biopsy — affecting the spleen, lymph nodes, or other areas of the body
- People who have previously received systemic (whole-body) treatment that included at least one anti-CD20 antibody therapy (a specific type of targeted cancer drug), with at least 2 completed cycles if used in combination with other drugs, or at least 4 doses if used alone — though these requirements may not apply if the cancer got worse during treatment
- People whose lymphoma has come back after treatment or has stopped responding to treatment

- People who are reasonably well and active — based on a standard medical scoring system, a score of 0, 1, or 2 out of 5 (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who received certain anti-cancer treatments within the 2 weeks before starting the trial
- People who took part in another clinical trial or used another experimental drug within the 4 weeks before starting — unless they have finished that treatment and are only being followed up long-term
- People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called a BTK inhibitor
- People whose cancer did not respond to, or got worse during or within 6 months after, a specific combination treatment called R2 (lenalidomide plus rituximab)
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or the membranes surrounding the brain
