Who might be able to join this trial:
- Families (parents, teenagers, and siblings over 6 years old) who have already taken part in a multi-family group therapy programme for anorexia nervosa together
- Teenagers between the ages of 12 and 20
- Teenagers who have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa according to standard medical guidelines (DSM-5)
- Teenagers who are being treated at the Maison des Adolescents at Cochin Hospital
- All family members must agree to take part (teenagers, parents, and siblings)
- A parent or sibling may still be included even if the teenager in the family chose not to take part, as long as that family member attended the group therapy
Who may not be able to join:
- Families where it is not possible to bring parents and children together for therapy due to legal or safeguarding reasons (for example, where parental authority has been removed, or where visits are restricted or supervised)
- Teenagers whose main diagnosis is not anorexia nervosa according to standard medical guidelines (DSM-5)
- Patients who have been diagnosed (as a primary or secondary condition) with an autism spectrum disorder, a long-term psychotic disorder, or an intellectual disability
- Participants who are under a legal protection measure such as curatorship or guardianship
- Participants who are not covered by French Social Security (health insurance)
