Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who self-identify as Black, African American, or Afro-Latina/e
• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who have a confirmed breast cancer diagnosis at Stage I through Stage IIIA
• People who have finished their main cancer treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation) within the last 5 years, noting that ongoing hormonal therapy alongside these treatments is acceptable
• People who are not currently doing resistance exercise (such as strength training) at least 2 times per week, as recommended for cancer survivors
• People who are able to speak and understand English

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease)
• People who have a medical reason that prevents them from doing more exercise than they currently do
• People who have planned elective (non-emergency) surgery scheduled during the study period
• People who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during the study period
• People who plan to move outside of the United States during the study period, as in-person assessments would not be possible
• People who are currently enrolled in another exercise-based clinical trial
• People who do not pass the exercise pre-screening process, or whose doctor does not give approval for them to increase their physical activity levels
