Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing and able to give written consent and to attend all required trial visits and follow all study requirements

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose bone marrow blood cell levels fall below the minimum thresholds required by the trial
• People whose kidney function is below the required level, even after accounting for hydration
• People whose liver function results fall outside the acceptable ranges set by the trial (note: people with a specific inherited condition called Gilbert's Syndrome may be considered differently for one of the liver measurements — confirm with trial site)
• People who are unable or unwilling to give written informed consent or to follow the study schedule and requirements
