Who might be able to join this trial:

- You are a woman who has been diagnosed with breast cancer (either ductal carcinoma in situ or invasive breast cancer) confirmed by a biopsy
- You have already received at least one type of breast cancer treatment, such as surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or hormone therapy
- You may still be receiving immunotherapy or targeted therapy treatments

- You are currently receiving chemotherapy (cytotoxic chemotherapy) for breast cancer
- You are unable to safely take part in group resistance training (strength/weight training) sessions, as determined by the study doctor
- You have a severe condition affecting your joints, muscles, heart, or cardiovascular system that the study doctor considers makes resistance training unsafe for you
