- You have been diagnosed with another lung or breathing condition, other than obstructive sleep apnea (a condition where breathing stops briefly during sleep) or a combination of asthma and a condition called COPD (confirm with trial site)
- You have a serious long-term illness or are receiving end-of-life (palliative) care that affects your life expectancy
