Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and teenagers aged 1 to under 18 years old, of any sex, race, or ethnicity
- A parent or legal guardian is able to provide signed consent, and the child can provide their own agreement to participate if appropriate for their age
- The child has a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (eczema) confirmed by a doctor
- The child has been receiving the medication dupilumab for at least 12 months to treat their atopic dermatitis
- The child's atopic dermatitis has been well-controlled on dupilumab in the last 6 months, based on specific scoring measures used by doctors (confirm with trial site)
- The child is able to speak English
- The child and family are able and willing to follow all study procedures
Who may not be able to join:
- Children currently taking other systemic (whole-body) medications for atopic dermatitis, such as methotrexate, cyclosporine, or certain other tablets or injections
- Children currently receiving light therapy (phototherapy) for atopic dermatitis
- Children who are taking dupilumab for a condition other than atopic dermatitis, such as asthma or a condition called eosinophilic esophagitis
- Children whose atopic dermatitis is not well-controlled at the time of the study
- Children whose asthma or eosinophilic esophagitis is not well-controlled
- Children who have taken part in a trial of an experimental drug within the last 90 days, or who plan to use an experimental drug during the study
- Children who do not have health insurance, or whose health insurance is expected to end during the study period
