Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 25 and 65 years old at the time of the procedure
• Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is under 35 (a measure of body weight relative to height)
• You have knee pain that gets worse with activity and is focused specifically on the inner side of the knee, not the whole knee
• Your knee pain score on a standard questionnaire called WOMAC is 40 or higher, meaning moderate to severe pain
• You have already tried non-surgical treatments for knee arthritis (such as physical therapy or medication) without enough relief

Who may not be able to join:

• You have large bony growths or significant tissue bulging inside the knee that could interfere with the device being used in the trial (confirm with trial site)
• You have poor bone quality, such as bone loss, weak bones, or osteoporosis
• The ligaments in your knee are unstable or loose
• You have a current or recent knee infection
• You have an inflammatory joint condition, including joint problems caused by a viral infection
• You have a known or suspected allergy to cobalt, chromium, nickel, or other metals
• You have a history of raised, thick, or tight scarring (such as keloid or hypertrophic scars)
• You have a tendency to form excessive scar tissue or internal adhesions after previous procedures
