Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have Crohn's disease affecting the small bowel or colon, and your symptoms are currently under control (in remission)
  • You are 16 years old or older
  • You have had a special MRI scan of your bowel (called an MRE) either up to three months before, or within one month after, the decision to stop your biologic medication
  • You are stopping your biologic medication specifically because your Crohn's disease is in remission — this includes medications such as Adalimumab, Infliximab, Certolizumab, Ustekinumab, Natalizumab, or Vedolizumab

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are under 16 years of age
  • You are only taking non-biologic medications for your Crohn's disease (unless you are also taking a biologic medication alongside them)
  • You are stopping your biologic medication for a reason other than being in remission — for example, because the medication stopped working or caused side effects
  • You had surgery to remove the affected part of your bowel after your MRI scan but before stopping your biologic medication
  • You have not had an MRE scan within the required time window described above
