Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older
• People who are able to follow the study schedule and complete all required visits and tasks

• People who are unable to follow the study procedures or attend the required follow-up visits

• People who are currently in another clinical drug trial, or who have taken part in one in the last 3 months, where the drug was given by eye drops (in the study eye) or taken by the whole body
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have a physical or mental health condition that, in the opinion of the study doctor, could increase the risks of taking part or affect the study results
• Children and people who are in a coma
• People who are currently misusing drugs or alcohol
• People who have received hyperbaric oxygen treatment (a therapy involving breathing pure oxygen in a pressurised chamber) within the last 6 months
• People who have claustrophobia or who are unable to equalise ear pressure properly (confirm with trial site)
