Who might be able to join this trial:
Cohort A (Group A):
- Adults between 18 and 80 years old
- Have been diagnosed with a specific type of pulmonary hypertension linked to lung disease (called WHO Group 3 PH-ILD), confirmed by a chest CT scan showing widespread lung disease, plus specific pressure measurements taken during a heart procedure (confirm with trial site for exact numbers)

Cohort B (Group B):

- Already taking a specific inhaled medication called treprostinil at a set dose, but not yet at their treatment goal, and able to switch to a different form of the same medication

Who may not be able to join:
Cohort A (Group A):
- People whose pulmonary hypertension falls into a different category (WHO Groups 1, 2, 4, or 5)
- People with a significant history of heart problems on the left side of the heart
- People currently experiencing a flare-up of their lung disease, or who have an active lung or upper respiratory infection
- People who have recently started a pulmonary rehabilitation program
Cohort B (Group B):
- People whose pulmonary hypertension falls into a different category (WHO Groups 1, 2, 4, or 5)
- People who are unable to increase their dose of inhaled treprostinil beyond a certain level (confirm with trial site for exact amounts)
- People who have had bronchospasm (sudden tightening of the airways) caused by treprostinil medications
- People with a history of moderate or severe persistent asthma
- People with a significant history of heart problems on the left side of the heart
- People currently experiencing a flare-up of their lung disease, or who have an active lung or upper respiratory infection
