Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be willing and able to sign a consent form before any study activities begin.
• You must be female and at least 18 years old.
• You must have been diagnosed with a specific type of ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer that was confirmed by a tissue test and is classified as "high-grade."
• Your cancer must be at Stage III or Stage IV.
• You must have had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible (either before or after initial chemotherapy treatment).
• You must have received at least 2 cycles of a drug called bevacizumab along with platinum-based chemotherapy before joining the trial.
• Your front-line platinum-based chemotherapy must be complete, and your cancer must have responded well (complete response, partial response, or no evidence of disease).
• Your blood levels of a cancer marker called CA-125 must either be in the normal range, or must have dropped by more than 90% during treatment and stayed stable (confirm with trial site).
• Your first dose of the trial treatment must begin within 12 weeks of starting your last chemotherapy cycle.
• A genetic test on your tumor must show a positive HRD result or a BRCA gene mutation (in either the tumor or inherited).
• You must be reasonably active and able to care for yourself, based on a standard health scoring system (ECOG score of 2 or less).
• Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function must all be within acceptable ranges, based on specific blood test results.

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cancer type is different from high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer, or whose cancer has spread from somewhere else to the ovaries.
• People who have already received other targeted maintenance therapies (not including PARP inhibitors).
• People with serious ongoing health conditions such as severe breathing or blood disorders, poorly controlled diabetes, high blood pressure that is hard to control, serious heart failure, unstable chest pain, or a heart attack within the last 6 months.
• People with other significant health problems that the study doctor believes could affect safety or interfere with the study results (confirm with trial site).
• People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 3 months.
• People who have been diagnosed with a second, different type of cancer within the past 2 years and are still receiving treatment for it.
