Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years old
- People with a body mass index (a height-to-weight measurement) between 18.5 and 29.99
- People who have been diagnosed with asthma by a specialist, with this recorded in their medical history
- People whose asthma is partly controlled or uncontrolled, based on a standard asthma questionnaire score of 22 or below
- People who own a smartphone or device that works with the ZEPHYRx app or platform

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have diabetes or who take medications that lower blood sugar levels
- People with a fasting blood sugar level of 126 mg/dL or higher, or triglyceride (a type of fat in the blood) levels of 400 mg/dL or higher, measured at the time of screening
- People who currently smoke, or who have a significant smoking history (more than 10 pack-years, which is roughly smoking one pack per day for 10 years)
- People with other significant lung or heart conditions, or serious health conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), kidney failure, or liver disease
- People with high blood pressure that is not well controlled, meaning a top reading of 160 or higher, or a bottom reading of 100 or higher
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with food preferences or allergies that would make it difficult to follow the study's required diet
- People who did not meet the requirements during the trial's lead-in period (a preparatory phase before the main trial begins) (confirm with trial site)
