Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have had an ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel in the brain)
• People whose stroke occurred no less than 2 months ago and no more than 6 months ago
• People whose stroke recovery falls within a specific range on a medical scale called the TICI scale (scores 2b or 3), which measures how well blood flow was restored (confirm with trial site)
• People who have some degree of arm or hand weakness as measured by a standard stroke assessment tool, scoring 2 or higher on the upper limb portion
• People who have intact depth perception, as tested by a standard vision assessment called the Titmus Stereopsis test
• People who score 24 or above on a standard memory and thinking test called the Mini-Mental State Examination
• People who are able to sit upright and maintain balance on their own

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have any other neurological (brain or nervous system) conditions
• People who have had a head injury
• People who have a brain tumor
• People who have previously had surgery on their skull or brain
• People who have a diagnosed psychological or mental health disorder
• People who have had a previous stroke before the current one
• People who have difficulty with speech, language, or purposeful movement (known as aphasia or apraxia)
• People who have had an arm amputated
