Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 to 70 years old
  • People who have been newly diagnosed with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL that has a specific gene change known as a TP53 mutation
  • People who are well enough to carry out basic daily activities (a measure of overall health rated on a standard scale, from fully active to limited self-care — confirm with trial site)
  • People whose heart is pumping with sufficient strength, as measured by a specific heart function test (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have been exposed to hepatitis B virus in the past (but are not actively infected), as long as a blood test confirms the virus is not currently active in their body
  • People whose liver and kidney function results fall within acceptable ranges on blood tests (unless any abnormality is caused by the lymphoma itself)
  • People who are expected to live for at least 6 months
  • People who have given their written agreement to participate in the trial

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose DLBCL has started in or spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord), whether from the beginning or as a result of spread
  • People who are HIV-positive, or who have an active hepatitis C infection
  • People with significant heart or cardiovascular disease beyond what is expected
  • People with severe lung disease that causes low oxygen levels in the blood
  • People with active bacterial, fungal, or viral infections that are not being controlled by current treatment
  • People who have had another type of cancer within the last 3 years, or who currently have another cancer — except for certain early or cured cancers such as basal cell skin cancer, early-stage cervical cancer, early prostate cancer not needing systemic treatment, or early breast cancer treated with surgery alone
  • People with a known allergy or sensitivity to antibodies or proteins derived from mice
