Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 70 years old
- People who have been newly diagnosed with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL that has a specific gene change known as a TP53 mutation
- People who are well enough to carry out basic daily activities (a measure of overall health rated on a standard scale, from fully active to limited self-care — confirm with trial site)
- People whose heart is pumping with sufficient strength, as measured by a specific heart function test (confirm with trial site)

- People who have given their written agreement to participate in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose DLBCL has started in or spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord), whether from the beginning or as a result of spread
- People who are HIV-positive, or who have an active hepatitis C infection
- People with significant heart or cardiovascular disease beyond what is expected
- People with severe lung disease that causes low oxygen levels in the blood
- People with active bacterial, fungal, or viral infections that are not being controlled by current treatment
- People who have had another type of cancer within the last 3 years, or who currently have another cancer — except for certain early or cured cancers such as basal cell skin cancer, early-stage cervical cancer, early prostate cancer not needing systemic treatment, or early breast cancer treated with surgery alone
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to antibodies or proteins derived from mice
