A narrowing (blockage) in your colon was found during a colonoscopy, and surgery is not currently being considered for you

You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
You are not able to attend all of the required follow-up appointments during the study
You have another health condition that the researchers believe could put you at risk by participating
