Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of seizures

- You have a history of serious head injury, with evidence of brain bleeding or skull damage shown on a brain scan
- You have implanted devices such as a brain or spine stimulator, aneurysm clips, certain metal implants in the head, cochlear implants, a pacemaker or defibrillator, or other conditions that make brain or spine stimulation unsafe
- You have significant heart disease, severe heart failure, or poor heart function as classified by your doctor
- You have a significant history of ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
- You have a history of bipolar disorder
- You have a history of a suicide attempt
- You are currently experiencing psychosis
- You have been misusing drugs or alcohol in the past 6 months
- You have consumed a large amount of alcohol (more than the equivalent of 5 ounces of liquor) in the past 48 hours
- You have open skin sores or wounds on your neck, shoulders, or arms in areas that would be used during the study
- You are pregnant
