Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged between 18 and 75 years

• People who the trial doctors assess as being at high risk of serious bleeding in the digestive tract, or of developing a hole or abnormal opening in the oesophagus
• People who have lost more than 20% of their body weight in the 90 days before starting treatment
• People who have wounds or broken bones that have not healed, or who have had major surgery within 60 days before starting treatment
• People with serious or uncontrolled ongoing health conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, a history of certain lung conditions, active hepatitis B or C, syphilis or other uncontrolled infections, significant heart failure, kidney failure requiring dialysis, active autoimmune disease, or a history of immune deficiency conditions
• People who have had a serious blood clot in an artery or vein within the 6 months before starting treatment
• People with a history of substance abuse that has not stopped, or people with a diagnosed psychotic disorder
• People who are allergic to the study drugs
• People the trial doctors consider unsuitable for other medical reasons
