Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy)
- People who have had a physical examination and health history review to determine how far the cancer has spread
- People whose cancer is at an early local stage (T1 to T2c based on a standard cancer staging system)

- People who have previously had cryotherapy (freezing treatment) or hyperthermia (heat treatment) for prostate cancer
- People who have previously had chemotherapy for prostate cancer
- People whose treatment plan requires targeting the lymph nodes in the pelvic region (such as common iliac, external iliac, internal iliac, or presacral lymph nodes)
- People who currently have active diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease (inflammatory conditions affecting the bowel)
