Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have had prostate cancer come back in the same area after receiving radiation therapy as their main treatment, confirmed either by a biopsy and/or by consistent MRI and PSMA-PET scan results along with rising PSA levels
- People whose original radiation treatment was completed at least 2 years ago

- People who had severe side effects (grade 3 or higher) from their original radiation treatment, or who still have ongoing significant side effects (grade 2 or higher) that could be made worse by further radiation
- People who have serious urinary difficulties before the new treatment — for example, a high symptom score on a standard urinary questionnaire (confirm with trial site for exact threshold)
- People who have conditions affecting the lower part of the rectum or the anal canal, such as an anal fissure, that could affect how well the new radiation treatment is tolerated
- People who previously received brachytherapy (internal radiation implants) for prostate cancer
- People considered to be at significant risk of needing certain future urological surgical procedures (confirm with trial site for exact definition)
