Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment
  • People aged 18 years or older
  • People whose bone marrow or blood shows at least 5% cancer cells, or where sensitive laboratory tests detect remaining cancer above a certain level, or where cancer that can be measured on a CT scan is present outside the bone marrow

  • People who are willing and able to attend scheduled visits, follow the treatment plan, and complete required tests and procedures

  • Women who could become pregnant, and men with female partners who could become pregnant, who agree to use effective contraception during treatment and for a specified period afterward

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose leukemia has spread to the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and is currently active
  • People with an active or ongoing hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection, or people known to be HIV-positive with a detectable viral load (people with HIV but an undetectable viral load may still be considered)
  • People who have had major surgery less than 2 weeks before joining the trial
  • People with an unstable or poorly controlled serious medical condition, such as heart or lung problems
  • People who currently have another active cancer, other than certain limited types such as some skin cancers or early-stage cervical or prostate cancer that has already been fully treated — though people who have had a previous cancer and have been cancer-free for 2 or more years and are not currently receiving treatment for it may still be considered
  • People with uncontrolled heart disease
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those not willing or able to use effective contraception as required during and after treatment
  • People currently taking part in another experimental treatment study at the same time as this trial's active treatment phase
  • People with other serious medical, psychiatric, or laboratory conditions that the treating doctor considers would make participation unsafe or affect the reliability of the trial results
