- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been officially diagnosed with Crohn's disease for at least 4 weeks before joining the trial

- You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant within the first 3 months of joining the trial

- You currently do more than 60 minutes of intentional exercise per week, such as jogging or cycling
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial that cannot be done at the same time as this one
- You have any orthopaedic implants in your hip, knee, or spine
