  • People with serious lung diseases, such as scarring of the lung tissue, lung inflammation, or other significant lung conditions
  • People currently experiencing severe liver disease, such as active or severe hepatitis or problems with blood clotting; people who test positive for certain hepatitis B markers must have a very low level of the hepatitis B virus in their blood to be considered (confirm with trial site)
  • People with other ongoing illnesses or conditions that could affect their safety or interfere with the trial, such as an active or uncontrolled infection, or active liver or gallbladder disease requiring antiviral treatment
  • People with another active invasive cancer (including a second breast cancer) that could affect how results are measured
  • People who have had major surgery or have not yet recovered from a serious illness in the four weeks before joining the trial
  • People whose treating doctor considers them unsuitable for any other reason
