Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease), either as a confirmed or probable diagnosis, based on recognised medical criteria.
- You are over 18 years old.
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
- If you are taking Riluzole (a common ALS medication), your dose has been stable for at least 1 month and you are able to continue taking it throughout the study.
Who may not be able to join:

- You have any other condition, past or present, that affects how your muscles or movement work.
- You have had surgery or a significant injury to your arms or legs within the last 6 months.

- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention.
