  • Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
  • People who have been diagnosed with primary aldosteronism (a hormonal condition affecting the adrenal glands) following proper testing, and whose specific type has been identified as either an aldosterone-producing growth or generalised overactivity of both adrenal glands

  • People whose high blood pressure is caused by other conditions rather than primary aldosteronism
  • Women who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next year
  • People who have significant disease affecting major organs, particularly the liver or kidneys
  • People who have had a severe allergic reaction to contrast dye (the substance sometimes used in medical imaging)
  • People with a serious illness where life expectancy is estimated to be less than 12 months
  • People who are already enrolled in, or planning to join, another clinical trial that could affect this study's results
  • People whom the trial researcher considers unsuitable for inclusion, for any reason (confirm with trial site)
