Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing to take part voluntarily, have signed a consent form, and are willing to attend follow-up appointments

• People who have had another active cancer in the past 5 years, unless it was a locally treatable cancer that has been fully treated (such as certain skin cancers or early-stage bladder or breast cancers)
• People who have taken part in another clinical drug trial within the last 4 weeks, received radiotherapy to the target treatment area within the last 4 weeks, or received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before starting or during the trial
• People who have had a blood clot or stroke-related event in the past 6 months, including mini-strokes, brain bleeds, brain clots, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism
• People who are currently receiving any other cancer treatment
• People with a known allergy to the drugs used in this trial, or a history of a condition called telangiectatic ataxia, or known sensitivity to radiation
• People with an active infection at the time of joining
• People with any severe or uncontrolled illness
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people of childbearing potential with a positive pregnancy test at the start of the trial
• People with serious conditions such as severely uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe lung disease, or severe diabetes that cannot be managed with medication
• People with a known neurological or psychiatric condition, such as epilepsy or dementia, that would prevent them from cooperating with radiotherapy
• People who have had an organ transplant or stem cell transplant from a donor
• People with an immune deficiency condition, those receiving steroid or other immune-suppressing medications, or those with active or recurring autoimmune diseases — with some exceptions for certain mild conditions (confirm with trial site)
• People with active inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), active diverticulitis, bowel obstruction, or those who need ongoing feeding through a tube or drip
