Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer (confirmed by a laboratory/tissue test) and have had a complete response to treatment, meaning your cancer appeared to go away after therapy
- You are between 30 and 80 years old
- Your blood test shows a specific cancer marker called CA125 is either above the normal level (above 35 U/mL) or has doubled, even if still within the normal range

- You are willing to take part in this research study and sign a consent form agreeing to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of any other type of cancer
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your fasting blood sugar level is higher than 200 mg/dl (measured by a fingertip blood test after not eating)
- You have had a known allergic reaction to the special imaging substances used in the scans involved in this trial (called 68Ga-FAPI-46 or 18F-FDG)
- You are unable to lie still for at least 30 minutes during the PET/CT scan, as determined by the research team
