Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with stage II, III, or IV prostate cancer
- People who are currently receiving androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), whether taken on and off or continuously
- People who have already completed a primary treatment aimed at curing the cancer, such as surgery to remove the prostate or radiation therapy
- People who are between 41 and 85 years of age
- People who are willing to sign a consent form that includes a privacy authorization

- People who are able to participate in group sessions by computer, smartphone, or phone call, and who agree to having an interview recorded

- People who are unable to have an MRI scan, for example due to metal implants in the body, being unable to lie flat, or having claustrophobia
- People who have medical reasons why exercise testing would not be safe for them (confirm with trial site)
- People who have a pre-existing serious heart condition or heart failure
- People who have an active illness or infection at the time of the trial
- People whose hemoglobin (a measure of red blood cells) is below 7.0 grams per decilitre
- People whose platelet count (cells that help blood clot) is below a certain low level
