Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have a confirmed solid tumour (by lab testing of tissue or cells) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and whose tumour has a specific genetic change called a KRAS G12C mutation
• People whose cancer has continued to grow during or after standard treatment, who could not tolerate standard treatment, for whom standard treatment is considered unsuitable, or where an experimental treatment is considered the standard approach
• People who have a good general level of physical functioning, rated 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activity)
• People who have adequate blood counts and liver and kidney function, as measured by lab tests
• People who agree not to join any other interventional clinical trial while taking the study drug

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have cancer that has spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord
• People who have significant ongoing side effects from previous cancer treatments
• People with a known or suspected allergy or sensitivity to the study drug (FMC-376) or any of its ingredients
• People who have a condition that could affect how the body absorbs the study drug
• People with any illness or medical history that could affect their safety, their ability to follow the study requirements, or the ability of researchers to interpret the study results (confirm with trial site)
