Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), confirmed by a lab test to have a specific gene change called KRAS p.G12C mutation.

- People who have cancer that has spread to the thin layers of tissue surrounding the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
- People who have previously been treated with a medication that targets the KRAS p.G12C mutation.
- People who have a history of, or show signs of, scarring or inflammation in the lungs (interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis), including cases detected on a CT scan taken before joining the trial.
