Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You were diagnosed with Stage 0 to Stage III breast cancer and finished your main cancer treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) within the last 5 years
- You currently do less than 60 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity (like brisk walking or jogging), and this has been the case for at least the past 6 months

- You have access to the internet to complete online surveys
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to speak or read English
- You have a health condition that makes exercise unsafe for you (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant
- You have a history of severe mental illness, or you currently take certain psychiatric medications such as antipsychotics, anticonvulsants, or lithium
- A screening questionnaire suggests you are currently experiencing moderate to severe depression symptoms (confirm with trial site)
- A short memory and thinking screening test suggests moderate to severe cognitive difficulties (confirm with trial site)
- A screening questionnaire suggests a significant concern with alcohol or drug use (confirm with trial site)
