  • You were diagnosed with Stage 0 to Stage III breast cancer and finished your main cancer treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) within the last 5 years

  • You have a health condition that makes exercise unsafe for you (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently pregnant
  • You have a history of severe mental illness, or you currently take certain psychiatric medications such as antipsychotics, anticonvulsants, or lithium
  • A screening questionnaire suggests you are currently experiencing moderate to severe depression symptoms (confirm with trial site)
  • A short memory and thinking screening test suggests moderate to severe cognitive difficulties (confirm with trial site)
