- People who are unable to use their dominant (main writing) hand or arm, which is needed to complete written tests.
- People for whom an MRI scan is not safe or suitable (confirm with trial site).
- People who are pregnant.
- People who are HIV-positive, as this can affect thinking and memory (this is based on self-reporting; no HIV tests are carried out as part of the trial).
- People who have consumed alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of any study assessment.
