Who might be able to join this trial:

- People whose cancer has spread widely through the body (high-volume spread, as defined by a standard research guideline called CHAARTED criteria)
- People who are not well enough to carry out basic daily activities (rated above 1 on the standard medical fitness scale)
- People who are already participating in another clinical trial
- People for whom hormone therapy or other systemic treatments are medically not suitable
- People who have already had surgery, radiation, or any other treatment directed at their prostate tumour
