Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed and dated a consent form and are able to follow the study procedures.
- Adults aged 18 or older.
- People with advanced cancer that cannot be cured by currently available treatments and requires systemic (whole-body) treatment.

- People with active or symptomatic cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, or who have a history of spinal cord compression.
- People who have had another separate cancer that was active within the last 2 years.
- People who have had radiation therapy within 2 weeks before starting the trial treatment.
- People who have received systemic cancer treatments, antibody-based therapies, or other experimental treatments within 4 weeks before joining (or within a certain time based on how long the previous treatment stays in the body, whichever is sooner).
- People with serious ongoing illnesses that are not well controlled.
- People with a weakened immune system who are at higher risk of unusual infections, or who have had such an infection in the past 12 months.
- People with a known active or long-term hepatitis B infection, or an active hepatitis C infection.
- People whose heart electrical activity shows a specific abnormality (a prolonged QTcF interval above 470 milliseconds) on a screening heart tracing (ECG).
