Who might be able to join this trial:
- People with a breast tumour that measures up to 15 mm in size, as detected by ultrasound, MRI, or mammogram
- People whose cancer has not spread to the lymph nodes and shows no signs of spreading to other parts of the body
- People with a single tumour in one location (not multiple tumours)
- People with an invasive breast cancer type, except lobular (a specific cell type) — confirm with trial site if unsure

- People with certain tumour biology types (Luminal B, Grade 3) who may require additional tissue testing before the procedure (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People with more than one tumour in the breast (multiple tumour sites)
- People with invasive lobular breast cancer (a specific cancer cell type)
- People whose cancer is HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer (specific tumour biology types)
- People with a tumour larger than 15 mm
- People whose cancer has spread to the lymph nodes
- People who have already received chemotherapy before surgery for this cancer
- People under 50 years of age
- People whose cancer includes a pre-invasive component called DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ)
- People who are not able to understand or follow the study requirements for psychological or cognitive reasons
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan
- People who have breast implants
