Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who identify as white/Caucasian ethnicity
- Adults aged 18 or older
- Both men and women are eligible
- People who have been diagnosed with one of the selected cancer types: colorectal cancer, lung cancer, genitourinary cancers, or breast cancer
- People whose cancer is at Stage III or Stage IV, with or without spread to other parts of the body or lymph nodes at the time of joining

- People who have a neurological (brain or nervous system) disease
- People who have signs of damage to the heart, kidneys, bones, or brain
- People who have more than one type of cancer at the same time
- People who have an active infection or muscle inflammation (myositis)
- People who have familial polyposis (an inherited condition causing growths in the bowel)
- People who currently smoke or drink alcohol
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 30
- People who have experienced significant weight loss in the past 2 years
- People who have a history of any surgeries
- People who are pregnant
- People who are related to other participants in the trial
