Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a type of lymphoma called NK/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL), confirmed by a tissue biopsy.
- Your lymphoma started in the upper part of the airway or digestive tract, such as the nasal cavity, sinuses, back of the throat, or mouth, and is at an early stage (Stage IE or IIE) based on scans and bone marrow tests.
- You have at least one area of lymphoma that can be measured or seen on a PET/CT scan.
- You have never previously received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, or any other cancer treatment for this lymphoma.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities, with only mild limitations at most (confirm with trial site).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidneys, clotting, and heart function all meet certain minimum health levels as measured by blood tests and a heart scan (confirm with trial site for specific values).
- You are willing and able to follow the study schedule, including all required visits and tests.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are infected with Hepatitis C (HCV), HIV, or have Hepatitis B (HBV) with a high level of the virus in your blood.
- You have a history of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).
- You currently have a serious infection that requires antibiotic treatment given through a drip (intravenously).
- You have serious complications such as hemophagocytic syndrome or DIC (conditions affecting the blood and immune system) (confirm with trial site).
- You have significant problems with major organs, such as breathing failure, moderate-to-severe heart failure, poorly controlled liver or kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes, or a blood clot or serious bleeding event in the past 6 months.
- You have a history of an autoimmune disease that makes immune-based treatments unsuitable for you (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have a diagnosed psychiatric (mental health) disorder.
- You have a known allergy to any of the drugs used in the chemotherapy treatment plan for this trial.
- You have had another cancer that required surgery or chemotherapy within the past 6 months.
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or using another experimental drug.
