  • People with uncontrolled diabetes that has recently caused significant weight loss, diabetic coma, or frequent dangerous drops in blood sugar
  • People with severely high blood pressure (above 200/110 mmHg) while at rest
  • People who are currently enrolled in another rehabilitation trial aimed at improving movement or mental and emotional recovery
