Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to give written agreement to take part before the study begins.
- Adults aged 18 to 75 years old at the time of signing the consent form.

- People who have other significant medical conditions that are not well controlled with standard treatment.
- People who have active Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV infection, as identified by blood tests at screening.
- People who have an allergy or intolerance to a type of medication known as a monoclonal antibody.
