Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain minimum level, based on a standard medical scoring system called the ECOG scale (score of 2 or lower, meaning able to carry out basic self-care)

- People who have previously received hormone therapy for prostate cancer (such as castration or anti-androgen medications)
- People who have another type of cancer, or who have certain infections including HIV, Hepatitis C, or syphilis
- People who have other serious ongoing health conditions affecting the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, mental, digestive, hormonal, immune, or urinary systems that the trial doctors consider would make participation unsuitable
- People who have medical reasons that make radiation therapy unsafe for them
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial that conflicts with this one, or who have done so within the 4 weeks before this study begins
- People who are unable to provide written consent to participate, or who are unlikely to follow the study requirements consistently
