Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not settled down to mild or no symptoms
  • People who are taking corticosteroids (such as prednisone) at a dose higher than 10 mg per day, or an equivalent dose of a similar medicine
  • People who currently have an active infection that requires treatment with systemic (whole-body) medicines
  • People with certain heart problems, including severe heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a heart attack or related event within the past 6 months, a significant heart rhythm problem, or an abnormal result on a specific heart electrical reading (QTc interval above 480 ms)
  • People with a history of a condition called interstitial lung disease (scarring or inflammation of the lungs)
  • People with a history of a blood clotting disorder that causes uncontrolled bleeding or other bleeding problems
  • People who have taken part in another clinical trial of an experimental treatment within the past 30 days before screening
  • People who, in the opinion of the study doctor, have psychiatric conditions, substance use disorders, or other issues that may prevent them from following the study's requirements
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
