Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men aged 19 years or older
- People with high-risk non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (a stage of prostate cancer that has not yet spread but is no longer responding to hormone-lowering treatment), where testosterone levels in the blood are very low and the PSA level (a marker for prostate cancer activity) is rising quickly — doubling in less than 10 months (confirm with trial site)

- People who have given written consent to take part, or whose legal representative has done so on their behalf
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are already taking part in another clinical study that involves treatments outside of standard medical care
- People for whom Darolutamide is medically unsuitable based on the officially approved prescribing guidelines for their region
